What is the Affiliate Program?

The affiliate program allows you to earn commissions by recommending our products. When a customer visits our website through your link and places an order, you receive a percentage of the order value.

How does it work?

  1. Registration – Sign up as an affiliate and complete your company details (company name, tax ID/VAT number, address, bank, account/IBAN).
  2. Unique link – You receive an affiliate link with your ID (example: https://byevaa.com/?ref=AFFILIATE_ID).
  3. Promotion – Share your link on your website, blog, social media channels, or by email.
  4. Tracking – Visits and orders generated through your link are tracked for 30 days.
  5. Commission – For each order placed by a customer who reached our website through your link, you earn a percentage of the order value.

What do we offer affiliates?

  • Dashboard – See today’s/this month’s orders and today’s/this month’s visits.
  • Analytics – Detailed statistics (visits, page views, orders) with time filters (today, week, month, custom).
  • Orders – List of assigned orders, with date filtering.
  • Payments – Commission payment history.
  • My Details – Update your company details and payment information (phone, county, city, bank, IBAN).

How is the commission calculated?

The commission is calculated as a percentage of the total order value (excluding shipping). The percentage is set individually for each affiliate.

How are payments made?

Payments are made by bank transfer based on the company details saved in your affiliate account (company name, tax ID/VAT number, bank, account/IBAN). Payments are processed periodically, according to the internal policy.

For individual persons, if they are unable to issue an invoice, a shopping voucher may be provided, which can be used to purchase products available in the webshop.

How do you register?

Access the registration page for affiliates, complete the form with your company details, and wait for account activation. After approval, you will have access to your affiliate dashboard and your unique link.

If you have already registered successfully, you can log in directly to your affiliate account.

Replace AFFILIATE_ID with your unique ID. Any visitor who enters the website through this link will be associated with your account for the next 30 days.

How long is the tracking cookie valid?

30 days. If a visitor returns within this period and places an order, you will receive the commission.

Can I earn commission for orders from existing customers?

Yes — if that customer accessed the website through your affiliate link during the tracking period.

When do I receive payments?

Payments are made periodically, after the expiration of the return period applicable to the related orders. Check the “Payments” section in your affiliate dashboard.
